Product Summary

The CA3080AM is a 2MHz, Operational Transconductance Amplifier. It utilizes the unique operational-transconductanceamplifier (OTA) concept described in Application Note AN6668. It has differential input and a single-ended, push-pull, class A output. In addition, the device has an amplifier bias input which may be used either for gating or for linear gain control. The applications of the CA3080AM include: Sample and Hold, Multiplier, Multiplexer, Comparator, Voltage Follower.
