Product Summary

The UCC1800/1/2/3/4/5 family of high-speed, low-power integrated cir-cuits contain all of the control and drive components required for off-lineand DC-to-DC fixed frequency current-mode switching power supplieswith minimal parts count.
These devices have the same pin configuration as the UC1842/3/4/5family, and also offer the added features of internal full-cycle soft startand internal leading-edge blanking of the current-sense input.
the UCC380x series is specified for operation from 0°C to +70°C.
